Process work stands for experimental learning and founded on reality and is centered around action. Therefore, process work is a tripod body of knowledge, philosophy and praxis aimed in enhancing the well being of individuals and their collectivities in simultaneity. It is based on the premise that “Man’s inherent need is to enquire into his condition and commit to action for learning that leads to further action.” Although process work draws its antecedent from psychology, poetry, sociology, philosophy and other such fields, it has distinct and unique features namely self reflectivity ( man’s capability to look within himself, reflect upon and make choices), groups ( elemental unit of study and training) and commitment to action for learning (invites and examines new initiatives). Man’s reflexivity raises five questions. The questions are:-Who am I?
Where do I come from?
What is the meaning of my life?
What is the purpose of the world?
Where do I go from here?
Design and Methodology
Sessions will be based on the experimental and participatory model to unfold and discover the moreness within.Duration of the course
The course is spread on sessions of three hours each for 8 sessions. Role plays, alter egoing, psychodrama, learning theatre, exercises an sharing will form the pedagogy.

Date for the batches will be according to the students’ convenience.
