MBA Outbound Training
It is designed to provide participants with practical and experimental games, simulation exercises and outbound exploration and to match them with their physical, psychological and managerial needs.OBT provides real life experiences and parallels can be drawn between behavior in both the training and in real life situations.
The individual is able to understand, discover, learn and apply some new learning and also gain insights into his behavior through these OB explorations.
OBT’s are customized to suit the need of the participants. This understanding is derived from the physical, psychological and professional needs of the participants. Tasks and activities are chosen to provoke the appropriate process orientation and matched to the developmental needs and requirements. For example, certain exercises would cater to skills like communication, problem solving, decision making, team building, planning, listening, negotiating, and time management. Certain exercises would focus on the attitude or behavior of an individual like dealing with uncertainty and managing change in the context of the organization.
OBT’s are specially designed for Management Students and would prepare them to take a proactive approach towards their new role in an organization. The focus would be of managing role transition from student hood to entry level managers and new role taking within any system.
