2. My Steries of Growing up ( Workshop to understand issues of friendship and intimacy )
Objectives
- To make this period of entering into adult life easier and meaningful.
- It attempts to provide new meanings and to discover ways of retaining friends through personal sharing and intimacies.
- To provide paths for adolescents to discover themselves.
Discussions, sharing exercises, presentations and experts guidance.
For Adolescents in the age group of 12 to 18 years.Objectives
- To evoke the emotional intelligence and stimulate the inner energies by developing all the five senses and the sixth sense.
- To create in individuals a deep understanding of their inner processes and therefore achieve a high degree of well- being and success simultaneously
- To create life context with the help of theatre exercises and experiences at both the individuals and group levels.
Pedagogy
The learning theatre explores both cognitive and emotive maps held by an individual and facilitates group processes and collectivizes. Since the course involves many physical activities, appropriate clothing is recommended. Exploration is through games and simulations therefore it is designed to be intensely action oriented with moments of reflection and insights. It is a three- day non- residential workshop. Number of students per workshop would be restricted to 25.
For 13 – 21 years.Objectives
- To gain deeper understanding and discover the ‘I’ within.
- To identify the unique qualities within the self.
- To nurture and love the self through self acceptance.

- To discover the interests, potentials and qualities within.
- To identify ones likes and dislikes vis a vis career options.
- To gain a broader perspective towards selecting careers intrinsically.
6. Understanding the SelfIndividual sharing, concept discussion
For Std. 8th to 10th
Objectives
- To discover the self
- To identify ones strengths and limitations.
- Making choices with conviction
Games, discussions, assessment tools.
For Students in the age group of 16 to 20 years.7. Psychometric assessment and self discovery
Objectives- To dwell deep into the individuals personality and facilitate insights into the self.
- To identify the unique qualities/ resources the students possess.
- To foster self reflexivity and identify areas of self - improvement.

Certain common areas that need to be strengthened for e.g. managing time, overcoming stress, inter personal effectiveness etc. can be addressed in module 2.
8. Behavior training inputs
Objectives- To facilitate inter- personal effectiveness and communication
- To understand groups dynamics and factors influencing team work
- To foster healthy behavior that facilitates group processes.

Behavior training inputs based on the analysis and findings of module 1 will be provided. Students will be divided into groups of about 20. Simulation games, films, role plays, group discussion will form the pedagogy.
9. Life space, roles and identity ( LRI )
Objectives- Socio - cultural of India today.
- Process of growing up in a family. Processes of being and becoming achievement and role taking in the primary systems
- Entry into educational institutions and processes of becoming, achievement and role taking in the secondary systems.
- Influence of significant role model related to the concept of authority and hierarchy as well as emotional responsiveness to.
- Issues of heterosexual relationships, expectations, social stereo - typing and explorations to discover whole some and effective ways to relate.
- Threshold and entry into work, issues of postponement, achievement, work and marriage, redefinition of roles with parents, economic autonomy versus psychological and social dependency, meaning of work and integration with social systems.
- Redefinition and redesigning of roles and systems.
Objectives
- To identify the principles of personal interviews and effective group discussion.
- To create lasting first impressions and develop a healthy approach towards the interviewer and other groups members.
- To realistically create space for live group discussions and examine them meaningfully.
- To understand the dynamics of group processes which help in effective participation

Objectives
- To explore processes of growing up and role taking in primary systems, entry to educational institutions and processes of becoming, achieving and role taking in secondary inputs.
- To explore the influence of significant role models related to concepts of authority, hierarchy as emotional responsiveness to the same.
- To explore the issues of expectations, social stereotyping and exploration to discover wholesomeness and personal effectiveness.
- To explore the threshold of making important choices and entry into work and marriage.

Small groups sharing and discussion around personal data. Experimental and participating in nature. This programme would provide a macro perspective about education, work and life in general. The 2 hour sessions can be held in small groups. Roughly about 45 minutes to an hour could be spent on each individual’s exploration. The approach would be cognitive and intellectual.
Objectives
- To get in touch with the experiences of growing up and membership in family and work system
- To discover new options towards a more integrated form of self, role and identity.
- To confront the notions held of self and others in a shared space.
- To unfold that part of the being which nurtures wholesomeness, meaningfulness and self expression.
- This lab provides a time and space to explore processes of existence at the individual and collective level. Students work in small groups of 10- 12 per group with joint sessions of the entire community in the evenings. The experience is at the emotive level.

- This workshop provides a space for fresh applicants to discover new modalities of preparing oneself for application, interviews and group discussion.

- To devise the easiest and smartest ways to study different subjects.

The course is designed to be experiential and practical in nature. Check lists, worksheets, conceptual models, discussions and small group sharing forms the design of this workshop. Study related home work assignments to make learning permanent and practical.
